Disassemble Computer System
- Maximum Points: 25
- Due Date: February 8, 2012
- Procedures:
- This lab will be conducted over two (2) class sessions
- Do in assigned groups - allow all members to participate in assignment
Session #1:
Session #2:
- Remove all external cables connected to the case, internal disk drives, expansion cards, the motherboard, and the RAM from the motherboard
- Make sure that you have a member of your group keep detailed notes on the steps required to remove each component from the system - these notes will be used to do your Group Lab Report and for reassembling the computer
- Note wire/cable color, orientation, etc.
- Note where each component goes

- Detailed instructions on what you did during this lab

- Grading Standards:
- Group members will receive the same score, unless late or absent
- 10 points will be deducted for being late for the lab
- A grade of 0 will be given for missing the lab
- 10 points will be deducted from the group for instructions that are hard to follow
